Post Partum Anxiety – What Is It?

Imagine that you are taking your baby for a stroll and, as you round a corner with the wind

  • Constant and uncontrolled worrying
  • Restlessness
  • Insomnia
  • Racing thoughts

  • Loss of appetite
  • Dizziness

Post partum anxiety is completely normal but it doesn’t just go away all by itself, let’s go over a
few things that will help you feel better.

Tips To Deal With Post Partum Anxiety:

Healthy Eating:

Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods that will help to alleviate the stress.

Proper Sleep:

Get a good nights sleep and try to get a quick nap whenever you get the opportunity to, during
the day.

Meditation:

An hour of meditation will help you to relax and stay calm.

Communication:

Communication is the key. Talk to your partner or your mama friends about your feelings. You
may find other mamas who have or are experiencing the same issues and obtain some advice to
lessen the stress.
