2.2 Payment:
Payment for our Services is required as per the agreed terms. We accept payment through the methods specified in our invoice or as otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make timely payment may result in a delay in the delivery of the Services.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Clear Communication:
You are responsible for providing clear and accurate project instructions, requirements, and any supporting materials. Any delays or issues arising from unclear or incomplete instructions will not be the responsibility of [Nirvi Wholistic Healthcare Private Limited].

3.2 Intellectual Property:
You confirm that you hold the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any materials, including text, images, or other content, provided to us for the project. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the materials for the sole purpose of performing the Services.

3.3 Review and Feedback:
You are responsible for reviewing the delivered work promptly and providing feedback or requesting revisions within the agreed-upon timeframe. Failure to provide feedback or request revisions within the specified timeframe may result in the project being considered complete.

4. Delivery and Revisions

4.1 Delivery Timeframe:
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed work within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, any indicated delivery dates or timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

4.2 Revisions:
We strive to deliver high-quality work. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, you may request revisions within the specified revision period, which will be agreed upon prior to the project initiation. Revisions requested outside the agreed revision period may be subject to additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your sensitive information. We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through electronic means.

6. Limitation of Liability
