I loved the comprehensive approach of the workshop. As someone who had little knowledge about Diastasis Recti, this course was enlightening. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is the minor technical hitches in some sessions. Otherwise, the content is exceptional.

Being a physiotherapist myself, I was keen to see the integration of physiotherapy with Pilates. This course did not disappoint! It's meticulously designed, keeping in mind the challenges new moms face. Dr. Miloni and Aditi have done a commendable job. I'm not just following it myself but recommending to my patients too.

I was initially skeptical about an online course for postpartum recovery, but this one proved me wrong. The instructions are clear, and the sessions are quite engaging. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of some technical issues I faced while streaming. Otherwise, a must-try for all new mothers.

the pilates session was amazing! really felt the burn. also loved the practical tips on using household items. The physiotherapy session was okayish, felt a bit short. But overall a good purchase.

I enrolled in this course out of curiosity, and I'm so glad I did. The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow, and I could practice at my own pace. The physiotherapy bits were enlightening. Deducting one star because I wish there were more sessions, but overall, a valuable course for new moms.
